The Bali Beach Tram is a proposed tramway along the Bali beachfront. The tram would connect Ngurah Rai International Airport to Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak beaches (collectively known as Semigita Beach).
Another proposed alignment is for the tram to connect to the Bali LRT at Kuta Station, and the tram would take passengers to beachfront destinations.
Stage 2 of the project would extend the line along the coast from Seminyak to Canggu.

Here is a Google Map showing the approximate route of the beach tram. It isn’t known how the tram will connect to the airport and LRT, so the map shows the main identifiable landmarks of the tsunami shelters. The map doesn’t include Stage 2.

I can not help but notice that the trams in the photos look as if they are from the the early 20th century

The pictures reminded me of the old Blackpool to Fleetwood tram that runs along the coast, which I wouldn’t mind. The bigger problem is that there is no space along the coast for a tram.
