Vinhomes Hai Van Bay (also known as Lang Van Urban Resort and Tourism Complex) is a new urban area and tourism complex being built on Da Nang Bay in Da Nang City.
The project is located in the former Vân Village on the Hai Van Pass (Đèo Hải Vân), which was only accessible by boat or foot. The new urban complex is being built on reclaimed land and excavated forest land.
Vinhomes Hai Van Bay will be able to accommodate 19,000 people, and the facilities include tourism accommodation (hotels, resorts, villas), apartments, theme parks, commercial areas, and healthcare.
A new road is being built to this formerly inaccessible area. The North-South Railway goes by the site, but no plans have been announced to build a new station here. The nearest station is Ga Hải Vân Nam, which is not currently used for passenger services.
