South Beach Da Nang is a proposed multi-tower beachfront development on the road between Da Nang and Hoi An.

South Beach Da Nang – Project Location

The South Beach Da Nang project site is located between the East Sea and Truong Sa Road in Hoa Hai ward of Ngu Hanh Sơn District.
The northern end is bounded by Vo Qui Huan.
The southern end is bounded by the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort.
The frontage on Truong Sa Road is 750 metres.
As the promotional images suggest, the project site is absolute beach front.
This is on Non Nuoc Beach, which is part of the world world-renowned coast that runs from Da Nang to Hoi An.
The property is at the southern end of the Da Nang city boundary. Looking north along the beach you can see the growing Da Nang city skyline.
Developer
The developer is Dubai Asia Pacific Group Limited.
Previous construction signs listed SHB (Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Bank) and Coteccons as being involved in the project.
