Newtown Diamond: 3 apartment towers by the sea in South Da Nang

Newtown Diamond

Newtown Diamond is an apartment development by the sea in South Da Nang, on the road to Hoi An. The project feature 3 x 36-floor towers in the northernmost corner of the BRG Danang Golf Resort.

The project (formerly BRG Danang Beach Plaza and then Da Nang Diamond Residence) is opposite the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Convention Center and diagonally opposite South Beach Danang.

    Hi James, my wife and myself were in Danang from 7th to 16th April 2024 as well. We saw what you predict as well. Its going to be number 1 . At our resort i got friendly with the construction manager as im in construction here in Sydney Aust for the past 24 years. When asked about the pauses in construction of those hotels and high rises we too saw, he stated inflationary costs to be the reason. So glad you snapped the diamond towers construction site I was meant to try and get a pick of the long reach excavators in there. Thanks for your site and we keep and eye on your work as we have become deeply attached to DaNang.
