Bay of Lights is a proposed new urban development in Ream Bay, Sihanoukville Province, Cambodia. The project covers 934 hectares of reclaimed land in Ream Bay, with an estimated US$16 billion in total investment.
Bay of Lights was launched as Ream City by Canopy Sands Development, a member of Prince Holding Group, and is designed by Surbana Jurong from Singapore.
This new city will include commercial and residential property with up to 130,000 residents, and will include a 6km beachfront.
